Car ride to Arrowhead

I wanted to post some photos from yesterday's drive before I get back to working. If I don't post them now, I probably never will.

1. We Stopped @ brett's great uncle Roy (and Jane) Valantine's place. I love this sticker. they don't make sears caddy's like they used to.

2. We were going to ride their Tandem bike in the evening, but Brett fell asleap at 8pm OPST (old people standard time). Every one else (OP's included) stayed up a few more hours.

3. No Explanation. I'm just weird.

A few weeks ago. turns out our new point and shoot doesn't store the photo date. It's waterproof, but can't handle storing a date in it's metadata. Go figure.

Garden Plot,

Outdated photos from when we were first weeding. Picture it, but less weeds, pretty little rows, and more dead plants.

1. Here is some of our garden plot area, donated by our bishop. The rows are about 5 ft wide and aprox 75 feet long.

2. here is Brett Weeding our plot.

3. Here is Polo and I weeding (he was on grass duty). the plot goes down to that white pipe in the background.

4. The day before I transplanted my gorgeous large sprouts, I put them on the balcony, and it got windy and beat the plants to death against the concrete, thus the leaves were all bruised, and most of them died after I planted them.

Brett's Bleeding Heart

Brett's Bleeding hearts bloomed a few weeks ago. His Astilles are now blooming, but I haven't taken a photo of those yet.

One day

One day, I will furnish a room in my house with this quirky stuff by dust furniture .

Sarah had mentioned them in a blog a while ago, but I never took the time to look them up. They make me smile.

Needy

So this one time, as in yesterday, Brett dropped me off at work (with Polo in the car) and then wen't up to finnish the electrical work at his dad's house. Apparently Polo was supper clingy all day after dropping me off, so when Brett was standing on the stool, Polo climbed up and cramed on there with him.

Brett got off of the stool to take the picture for me, but I wish he'd gotten someone else to take it so that I could see Polo crammed in a tiny spot on the stool.

meet Greta

She's my new best friend. She doesn't run away for the summer and leave me for California; no, she hangs out and waits for me at work... making people pee their pants when they first open the door to my studio. That'll teach them to snoop! Oh, Greta, you are such a prankster!

She is especially good at scaring people when she wears her sunglasses... they are marvelously intimidating.

Do you like her accessories? Most of them are actually mine, you see, the Hat, scarves (2), and arm-warmers were a birthday gift from my knitting friend (Dikla) in Seattle.

I'm letting her borrow them today, but I cant wait to wear them in the winter. Arm-warmers are the awesomerest in the world.
